Noemi - Clear neutral corrector

Noemi Clear shade is a neutral color corrector.

It can be added to any other shade to lighten colors.
It is recommended to use it after eyebrow lamination as the hairs tend to absorb more pigment.

It can also be used alone as a mask, to enhance eyebrows and give them extra shine.

Application

As a treatment: Mix Clear with Noemi Solution in the same ratio (1:1).

To lighten a shade: Mix the clear with the desired color (Noemi Dye) in a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 until you get a creamy and smooth consistency. Then add the Noemi solution in the ratio (1:1) and mix it.

Apply the resulting mixture. Leave to act for 10-15 minutes.
